Cafe Racers are a category of motorcycles that can be considered a combination of classic and modern bikes. They are usually very light in weight and their engine specs, such as power and torque output, are extremely high. Basically, a cafe racer is a modified sport bike with no fairings and more upright riding position. They are stylish, but not that comfortable to ride compared to regular bikes.
